Runny and stuffy nose can be caused by a head cold, allergies, or a number of other reasons. The best thing I believe for you to do is get an over the counter medication like Sudafed Cold and Sinus and see if that works for you. Claritan 12 hour or Claritan D 24 hour also works well.

I get oil of oregano at the health food store. You make sure you blow your nose good then put a drop on a q tip and swab it around in your nostrils and also put a drop on your finger and rub it on your face where your sinus cavities are (do not get it in your eyes) and put about 3 drops under your tongue. It's a little pricey but it goes a long way, cheaper in the long run.

Well I'm not a dr or pharmacist, but you may need a decongestant such as sudafed. I believe that sudafed actually needs to be purchased at the counter now since the ingredient in it can be used in meth (crystal meth, a potent illegal drug) labs. Please do talk with a licensed professional about which medicine though.

Inhale salt water through your nose. Works like salt water does for sore throat. The salt water helps flush out the nasal passages.

Ask the pharmacist in your local store. Its hard to say what to take cause i don't know what your allergic too and what you can take and how old you are,so I'm leaving this question alone.
