Do you think i should follow my dream of becoming a surgeon despite the fact that my hands are slightly trembling?
I'm 20 yo and I'm not sure if i should follow my dream because a surgeon should have precise, sharp movements.
I don't drink coffee or pepsi, i have this problem since ever. It is not because i'm nervous, because i'm relaxed and i can still see the movement.
I never went to doctor because it is nothing severe.

first if the trembeling is not that bad, then i say if it is what u want to do, do it. and it depends on what u are opperating on, if u want to become a specialist like a neuro surgeon or heart sergeon or on somthing less delicate. it looks to me like plastic surgeons get pretty rough. so if ur that worried be a plastic or reconstructive surgeon.

It's past time to see a doctor!! You might have a thyroid problem. When my doctor set up a gallbladder surgery for me with "the best surgeon around", I was shocked (after I was in the hospital) to find out he was 84 years old. It terrified me! But when this handsome man came in my room, he was articulate, impeccably groomed and steady as a rock. I was relieved to see his hands didn't tremble. Try to get to the root of your trembling and THEN go for your dream of becoming a surgeon!! ..and good luck!

well if you sign up for classes do become a surgeon, your instructors will pretty much catch on to the trembling..who knows maybe with school you will learn how to calm those tremors down!! I would say try going to school for it, and if it doesn't work out, thats not what you were meant to do!!

First I would go and see your doctor, it could just be a vitamin or mineral deficiency which is causing the shaking.

Could you become a surgeon?...yes there is no reason why not.
