a friend of mine suffers from cluster headaches. he says its the most unbearable pain you can go through. He has searched the net for specialists in this field. I too have looked. Please does anyone know of a Doctor who can help. Has anyone gone through this and found a doctor that helped you? I need help!!

So I have had my period for almost two years and it's been pretty regular, pretty much every four weeks on the dot. Now, all of a sudden, I got my period only three weeks after my last, so it's a week earlier than usual. Is this normal???

im really scared cuz 2 /3 weeks back i gt severly dehydrated so had a course of antibiotics plus 2 xrays n echo to see the dehydration effect on my kidney ... im fine now bt i wanna know how bad r al the xrays n meds at that stage for the embryo ... the doc says its too early to say n called me in a mths time ...bt ill go crazy in a mth thinkin whts wrong ... im scared cuz i hav already lost a baby n really lookin fwd to this ...n ofcourse want a healthy baby ... any knowlegable ans ??

ok here is the thang.
i took at trip to ca and got back last night. I was on my period
so i put a tampon in at 10:50 and i fell alseep with it in. I woke up at 9:45 and relized it was still in. It was a super. I dont have an symptoms of TSS but im afraid i might get it. Any help? please.

ok.. so i usually dont eat breakfast but when i get a chance ill grab a granola bar or something..but thats not enough to satisfy my hunger. everytime i get hungry i dont feel good at all... it puts me in a bad mood and i cant think straight..then ill get a headache..what causes this and is there a way to get rid of it. The only way I can get rid of it is by eating something.. and no im not obese or anything its just when I havent ate anything..this happens.

I usually try to eat healthy so I don`t wanna cut many things from my diet. Any suggestions about how to monitor my diet? Also, I plan to start jogging for about 30 minutes in the morning. can you wear tampons in the pool? the thing is, tomorrow is this big boy-girl pool party and im having my period now. i wear tampons, but are they ok in a pool?? will they leak or something?? i just dont want anything bad to happen.
