U answered your own question, eat something. It could be your sugar dropping, who knows... but either way , listen to your body.... it knows what it needs.

Like the others have said, your blood sugar is probebly low. The best thing to do for this, is make sure you eat throughout the day. Just eat small meals or keep snacking on something small like granola, fruit, juice, milk, or yogurt. This will help to maintain a steady blood sugar level throughout your day to prevent headaches and mood swings. Hope this helps!

Im sure you've heard about eating more means losing more, right? Dont forget that breakfast is your most important meal. Eat more smaller meals throughout the day and you will boost your metabolism. Eat less carbs toward the evening and you will be all good. It takes a little getting used to. I 've been substituting tofu for my starches in the evening and I dont miss the rice a bit.

Sounds like your blood sugars are dropping. Try eating more frequently to maintain a constant level of glucose in the blood stream. Avoid really sugary foods, they cause spikes. And ask your doctor about it when you're in there next.
