no the sodium in them is retarded and they arent really filling..they are bad for u but i eat them cuz im a broke a$$ college student and 5 packs for $1 is a bargain to me haha

Well, they don't really have much nutrition to them, but they do account for about 80% of your salt intake in one sitting. If you want to loose weight and not balloon up from water retention, I'd just avoid them all together.

Not at all. They have a high fat content as at least a third of the calories come from fat, they are high in carbs....and lastly, they have a s**t ton of sodium in them. :) If you are trying to lose wait, stay clear.
