WOW, I have never heard of not being able to take a bath when on your period. The warm water is actually soothing of cramps. Of course you can take a bath!!

When I have my period I like to take warm baths instead of showers. I dont know why it would hurt your stomach, it usually makes the cramps lighter.
You should be able to take them.
Just dont take too many because you could get a yeast infection.

you can take a warm bath while on your period but as a woman you should never stay in warm bath for long periods of time because it can cause frequent yeast infections but a normal warm bath can actually be soothing for period cramps

many women find comfort in a warm bath. it can actually help the tummy aches. it shouldnt make it worse and it will not physically hurt you
