Im on my period and I feel horrible.My stomach hirts and I hev been goin to the bathroom alot.What can I do to make me feel better..Like what can I eat to make my stomach stop hurting?

I am not a girl but I have heard some friends tell me that they usally take a warm bath and something drink something warm like a cup of milk and then they just lay down.

You need to take some painkillers to stop stomach cramping but if you are not into medication, try to drink some cranberries or carrot juice to ease the pain.
Dont eat anything solid, try some yogurt or pudding which you can digest easily.
Lie down on bed and have the painkiller, cranberries juice or yogurt next to you just in case your pain comes back again. Get a family member to take care of you and sit next to your bed, holding and cuddling you until you recover.

sounds like cramps, or maybe bloating... I would suggest for nausea anything like a ginger ale, or 7 up, or sprite... or something clear and fizzy. if it's bloating... or cramps go buy some midol... but make sure to eat something like bread.. I can't take the stuff on an empty stomach it makes me dizzy. If you still feel sick... maybe take something like Dramamine.. which will knock you out, but will help. good luck!

Try some warm food, like soup or pudding. Taking extra calcium helps me with cramps.

Dont bathe for too long....it increases the pain....
and take gud rest and use a heating pad to warm up ur stomach.....dont do much manual work...

what helps me is drink a hot cup of tea, not oo hot, take a tylenol, and rub your stomach with bengay. it burns, but it'll work. then go to sleep.

try some chamomile tea...it is excellent for the stomach and will help even out your moods and will mildly help with the pain....

drink alot of diet coke one of the chemicals in it is supposed to calm your stomach down
but it has to be diet and it has to be coke pepsi just doesnt work
