"I don't eat much either" is probably your problem. Skipping meals or restricting calories just slows down your metabolism so it doesn't burn calories.
Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet of 4 - 6 small meals a day AND exercise about 1 hour a day for at least 5 days a week.
Good luck!

you have to start counting calories and make sure you dont eat too much or too little.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Do not get suckered into these stupid quick-fix claims by these idiots peddling useless ineffective weight-loss products. There is no magic-bullet to weight-loss. There are no pills or stupid cleansers that will give you a long-tern solution. There is only one - it's called quality exercise with a good diet.
You have chosen a demanding exercise to do. Running is an extreme sport that will give your body tremendous results. As a new runner you are utilizing new muscle groups thus you are gaining new muscle mass. Remember muscle mass is your friend. 10 pounds of new muscle will help you burn an extra 500 calories per day just by breathing.
The majority of muscle mass is actually 1 part glycogen and 3 parts water. Glycogen is a form of sugar that your body creates from glucose. Your body stores glycogen on all active muscles. The more active your muscles the more glycogen your body stores on the muscles (just look at body builders). Glycogen provides instant energy to your muscles. In order for a single glycogen molecule to bond to your muscle it requires 3 water molecules – thus the weight gain that many new athletes experience.
Your muscles are extremely receptive to glycogen for a period of 60 minutes after a good work-out. Right after you run is the best time to eat fruits like plums, grapes, or melons. Your body will utilize the fruit sugar from those fruits the fastest (within minutes) and convert it to glycogen and store it on your active muscles.
There is a good chance that you have lost body fat but gained muscle mass. Do not be concerned with your weight just be concerned with how well you look and feel, and how well your clothes fit. You may not loose weight because of new muscle but you will have less body fat and you will actually be leaner, and you will be burning more calories per day – just by breathing.
Eating properly goes hand-in-hand with quality exercise. Eat a variety of low-fat foods. Eat whole grain foods when ever possible and lots of fruits and veggies. Don’t forget to hydrate yourself with water.

Start eating small healthy meals throughout the day. That will boost your metabolism. When you don't eat a lot, it can slow down your metabolism, and even if you do lose weight, you would gain it all back.
Good luck!
