are there any side effects in using slim fast?

i want to lose weight and i want to use slim fast to help me lose about 10 pounds.
and are there any side effects to using it?
good or bad.

no side effects. If you really want to lose weight excersise make sure that you are burning more calories than you take in, if you wanna lose weight. Slim fast i s sugar with some protein. Just eat only healthy food.

yeah HUNGER. slim fast didn't work for me because i was always hungry. eating 4-5 small meals throughout the day has worked better for me...but everyone is different. I know alot of people who have had success using slimfast, and they didn't have bad side effects because the shakes and other products give you enough calories to meet daily needs. good luck and don't forget to exercise as well!

I would say that it is not bad for you but don't have all of your meals be slim fast. Have a lean protein with a veggie for dinner and the rest of the meals can be the replacements

There can be. Among other things, Diarhea, vomiting, allergic reaction, mental dependance, etc. Instead of trying to use stuff like that, If you just walk for 30 minutes in the cool of the evening, you will not only drop weight, you'll tone muscle as well.

i doubt it. i used to take a diet pill while on birth control and im fine. i never heard of slim fast effecting BC. Antibiotics and certain medication reduce the effectiveness of BC but not a diet drink.

I drank two of them and had some rough stomach aches probably because I'm skinny and I didn't eat but I am not sure

If you don't drink a ton of water with Slimfast, you WILL get severe constipation. Also, if you are anywhere close to being lactose intolerant, it will make you sick.

there are no side effects, but it doesnt work. slimfast is pure sugar
