This is really troublesome. I'm going through a severe depression, and I also have symptoms of Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder. I keep obsessing about my own death, and getting very very sad about it. It's insane. I will think about it in vivid detail for a very long time before I even realize what I have been doing.

I think that I feel like all I've done in life has been all for nothing, and so in the sense, I feel like I've died. And the sadness of all that I was, now being nothing, is like the sadness of if I had died. Does that make sense? How can I stop this?

okay, so I always thought the reason all those sadly emaciated African kids you see in pictures was because they fed them right before picture taking. And of course, having starved for so long the poor things ate until their guts were crammed, and their bodies, after having starved for so long, needed some time to register the action of digesting. So the reaction was of course an irritant intestine, and a stomach filled with gases. Which would explain bloating. Then somebody told me that was ****. They swallowed air instead. Or their stomachs bloated somehow because lack of food. Now I'm seeing tabloids of Nicole Richie "bloated", I don't care what they say and I don't think it's my issue to discuss. My curiosity regards solely my question and if it's really true fact.

I want to die (bit straightforward) but i do not know why? In my lifetime no major incidents have happened, no one close has died nothing like that.

Everyday i think of suicide, death When im with my friends im fine but when im alone especially at night, its as though another person takes over, and all i can think of is me wanting die, i cry every night just wanting to die but for no reason ither than me wanting to rest and be alone ? . Why is this happening to me, please help me

What do I need to keep my shoulders back? I tend to keep my shoulders forward and every one keep on telling me that I should keep my shoulders back. I try to remember myself walk up straight and pull your shoulders back, but I always forget. What (and where) can I buy to get me trained that I keep my shoulders back. Also when I keep my shoulders back, my lowerback does not hurt so much. Can this be related?

a thirst,afterall its the throat area that feels dry and tickly
why isnt a cup enough "to whet your whistlel"as they used to say ? but when i drink water i keep on guzzling it down till my stomach has had enough,and not a minute before otherwise im still dry/thirsty!But once i have had my full quota of water then my thirst is quenched at the throat and stomach ,and im refreshed once again.
