What are some different exercises i can do to work my forearms to make them more tone?

It's kind of hard to explain, but it's been sore for a few days now and i think i might have a lump, but its on the end of the testicle where it connects to stuff so i can't tell if it's just normal or an abnormal growth. I don't have any lower abdominal pains or any other pains around that region... Can anyone offer any insight?

This may sound like a complete and total joke and I actually kept this information to myself until recently, but I assure you it's no joke. Talking with a friend, we both realized that urine shared the same smell as Golden Crisp or Honey Smacks cereal. This doesn't happen with any other cereals or food (or if it does, the smell just isn't as potent). So what is it about that cereal that drastically alters the smell of urine to the point where one must make a concerted effort NOT to smell it?

I have a pre employment drug screen on Wednesday the 13th. I took 7.5 mg of Valium on June 1st. That will be roughly 300 hours apart. The cutoff on benzo drug screens is 300 ng/mL. How can you determine if your level is under the cutoff? I've looked on various websites that says the half life is anywhere from 20 to 200 hours...

I would like to know weather I should listen to an endocrinologist, who is concerned about my diabetes, to take Prozac for binge eating and depression. This doctor believes I am depressed and that I need to be treated, but he is not a psychiatrist. I have a bad sleep pattern, but most of it is self inflicted. I am a bit anxious sometimes when I am not rested. I don't like my current full-time job and I have low self-esteem because I need to lose about 20 pounds to reach my ideal weight. My mother is bi-polar, I take care of her, and I don't have a boyfriend. I am not the happiest person, but will these meds fix me or will they only make me lose my job by adjusting to them and going crazy. Should I wait until I speak to a real psychiatrist and until see wheather my nervousness, anxiety, weakness, and dizziness's is due to physical problems (such as thyroid, iron, and diabetes), or should I try Prozac?? I might be bi-polar. I have no idea and I need help. I am going nuts!

I accidently slammed my foot into my excersize machine the pain was & still is awfull 24 hrs later. I caught my little toe which is now quite swollen & slightly bruised.Walking was almost impossible yesterday a bit easier today. Nurofens not helping much. Surely if it was broken i wouldnt be able to walk at all ???

My sister's friends brought over a huge cookie cake filled with blue icing about 3 days ago. Well for the last 2 days I have been having green poop even though I stopped eating it about 2 days ago. Could the cake still be causing my poop? Thanks guys!

I just wanted any information anyone could give me about the after effects of breast reduction surgery? I am having a hard time getting my insurance to cover it, I have had 3 different doctors diagonis it has health risk for me. Insurance keeps turning it down because of my weight. but i way that much because my cheast is extremly large and heavy. The doctor said because of there weight it falsely adds 45 pounds to me. Insurance still isnt buying it. I am going to have to pay out of pocket for it, because its something that must be done. Any opinons, experiences, concerns...ect...
