You're probably not getting restful sleep. You may be waking up many times during the night and not realizing it. It could be a sleep disorder called sleep apnea. Check this out and see if it sounds like what you're experiencing. Then talk to your doctor and have him or her set up a sleep study.

Do you've this challenge the entire time? I in general best sleep underneath four hours an afternoon, which is not a challenge for me. When men and women sleep at night time, they in general best get two-four hours of rewarding R.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. The challenge is that it in general takes 6-10 hours for such a lot men and women to get the ones two-four hours of R.E.M. I cross right into a R.E.M. state practically instantly, so I don't have any disorders with feeling worn out afterwards. I honestly HATE slumbering. It is this kind of waste of time. Think approximately it: for those who sleep eight hours an afternoon, while you flip 30, you've got slept for 10 years of your existence!!! That is rediculous!!!!
