You can answer your own question. By process of elimination, you can see it is not doing you any harm at all.
First, are you ill? Are you constantly on the verge of a nervous breakdown? If you answer no, then that's good.
Do you enjoy doing it? If, so, then we have an answer.
You have no known adverse reaction to your health and it is enjoyable and probably relieves tension. So, there is no problem. Too much is made of this. There are those who say it's bad, but cannot tell you why. usually it is caused by religious beliefs or people whose parents have raised them to believe masturbation is evil, but are reluctant to admit they have , and probably still are, doing this.
So, while not making light of this question, if you have been doing this three times a day to fulfillment, the duration being seven years, I would say you have nothing to concern you at all.

As long as you do it continuously, you might find it difficult to father a child because you are depleting your sperm count continuously. It would not make you permanently infertile however, because just stopping for around 3 days would allow your sperm count to go back up to normal again. That is the only physical health issue. I have heard it is possible to have an emotionally or mentally unhealthy "addiction" to, or obsession with, masturbation, but I wouldn't dwell on that possibility unless you are finding it is interfering with other areas of your life.

No, it may be a bit excessive, but it is not bad. You seem to have enjoyed the experience, or you would never have done it three times a day for seven years.
