It's kind of hard to explain, but it's been sore for a few days now and i think i might have a lump, but its on the end of the testicle where it connects to stuff so i can't tell if it's just normal or an abnormal growth. I don't have any lower abdominal pains or any other pains around that region... Can anyone offer any insight?

Yes. See a doctor. Testicular cancer is life-threatening. Don't take any chances, even though it will hopefully turn out to be nothing.

Testicular cancer is most likely to strike young men in their late 20's.

With Cancer, the sooner it's diagnosed & treated, the greater likelihood that you'll come out OK. There are other things that can have very serious outcomes if not cared for; besides, why deal with unnecessary pain & worry. Whatever is going on, your body is telling you there's a problem--it's an early warning system. Think of it this way: if your car started making a slight knocking noise, which would you do: turn the radio up & ignore it; put it off until it becomes REALLY noisy (& more difficult & expensive to fix); ave a mechanic check it out & if necessary make the repair while it's a little thing. Two more things: if you checked your tires 2 months ago & they were fine, does that mean you couldn't have run over a nail last week? Where did you get the idea that there must be "lots of lumps" to be testicular cancer? NOT TRUE! You're going to have your body much longer than any car--logic says, Go see a doctor NOW. You'll sleep better not wondering.

Compare your testicals. Do they both have the same lump in the same place? If so it is most likely not a cancerous lump. Check that they are both of the same texture and hardness. Check for weight differences also. If there are any differences, you must see a doctor immediately. If you find any very hard lumps, go and see a doctor too.

If you are in the middle of puberty, then this may be growing pains, which should subside within a few hours, or a day at most. You may wish to try more supportive underwear, to stop them bashing against your legs.

If you are still experiencing pain tomorrow, go and see a doctor.

it is probably not cancer if the moment you found it is also when it started hurting. Cancer will typically not cause pain unless it is in later stages. Yet you say you just found this. So don't worry too much. But SEE A DOCTOR NOW! Your balls are very very important things!!!

Okay you could have a blocked epidydimis. It is a tube that carries semen in your testicle. Also you could have a kidney stone with rebounding pain. Have your physician check it out to be sure. Good luck Love, Maeve.

Alex.

Look.

This is the internet. There are a bunch of 'experts' here on a variety of subjects, but none is qualified to provide an accurate diagnosis for a health concern of yours.

Go see your doctor and get the straight scoop on what's going on.

Hello,

I would suggest you get to a Dr. and do it fast and have a prostate exam. I know of a Vitamin for men that helps with Prostate problems and issues. You can find it here:

You really should see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.

Chow!!
