Prep H. is a hemmoroid creme that shrinks hemmoroids and stops them itching. It comes in a Yellow box and you will find it by the laxatives, in the store. While it's not meant for baggy eyes (and I don't recommend it for that purpose), many people do use it for the purpose of tightening baggy and tired looking eyes temporarily because of the shrinking effect it has on flesh. However, I've also heard that using it on your face and eye area can also cause your skin to become dependent on it and it will eventually stop working. Lots of people use it not only on the baggy eyes but also double chins and those nose to mouth "marionette lines". I suppose using it occassionally won't harm you. Such as for a big evening out. But I wouldn't make it part of your morning routine. Especially when there are products on the market meant for such purposes as tightening baggy eyes. "Sudden Change" for eyes being one of them.

Preparation H is an ointment, made from sharks that shrinks swollen and itchy hemorrhoids. These are swollen veins in the anus that can be quite uncomfortable. I don't thing Prep H was made for bags under the eyes.

Preparation H is a popular brand of medications used in the treatment of hemorrhoids. It was originally packaged in a tube like toothpaste, with a similar consistency. You can get Preparation H in the pharmacy.

Preparation H = Hemoroids ... for the butt... (usually when you're older.)

But hey! If you heard it helps baggy eyes, I don't doubt it.

edit: OH! I just looked at the other answers - great... and now I know what to use for puffy eyes!

It is an astringent for shrinking tissue. Usually used for hemorrhoids, but also for stretch marks after birth. I is in either suppository form for inserting into the rectum or a cream for rubbing there. It really stinks. To get some in your eye is to know the real meaning of pain.

Good Lord, your grandma doesn't have some sitting on the back of the toilet? You've never stumbled into your parents bathroom, drunk as Cooter Brown and brushed your teeth with it? What planet have you been on?

I think it's mosty shark liver oil and it's used to relieve the symptoms of hemorrhoids (or however it's spelled).
