my whole head and face just convulsed and i heard a popping noise (it only happened once so far about 2 minutes ago i think) and im very hot all the sudden. I took some pills that said they may cause seazures before. but i dont know if i am or not should i go to the ER

Have someone take you to the Doctor. I have epilepsy. They can run a EEG on you to see if that was what happened. Go get this checked out asap. I would like to hear a response to see what they said.

If you just had a seizure, 2 minutes ago, you would be in a postictal state right now. You'd be disorientated, drowsy, nauseous, etc.
So, no, I don't think you had a seizure.

What kind of pills are you taking?
Go to the ER - you should be seen. Get someone else to drive you!
