What do I need to keep my shoulders back? I tend to keep my shoulders forward and every one keep on telling me that I should keep my shoulders back. I try to remember myself walk up straight and pull your shoulders back, but I always forget. What (and where) can I buy to get me trained that I keep my shoulders back. Also when I keep my shoulders back, my lowerback does not hurt so much. Can this be related?
