i am just confused as to why my period would start so early.. its very light so far, but i always always have very regular cycles. could it be caused by increase in sex? could that make it start early? i also feel very sick, nausea

Perhaps you're under more stress lately, this can affect your cycle. I would take an OTC pregnancy test & rule our your not pregnant. If, your symptoms con't make an apt. with your health care provider.

Your period could change due to stress, maybe a miscarriage, or other things your body may be going through... watch your cycle for the next couple of months and see if it doesnt get back on track... if it doesnt... pop in to see a obgyn.

It is normal to come a little early. A full moon can bring on a period....Don't worry about it. Worry when it doesn't come especially since you are having sex. Hopefully you are using protection. Take care.

Coming early shouldn't be a problem as periods are permitted to change. It's normal for it to vary slightly but when the changes become inconsistent or irregular, try see your Ob/Gyn

Just kidding. Wait until your next period, and if it returns to normal, you're ok. If it is still off, go see a doctor, just in case. Its probably nothing.
