You received a lot of good answers. My friend, who owns a Fit studio, taught her class her entire pregnancy & she is due to deliver next month. As long as you feel well & get the o.k. from your doc. & there are no complications, you can con't working-out @ whatever level feels comfortable.
You might need to change some of your routine as your center of gravity changes.
FYI: Sex can actually help with having your pregnancy be on time, as long as your comfortable. :)

you haven't any longer something to truly complication approximately that the common midsection age hunter does no longer ought to complication approximately;searching may well be strenuous so word of over- exertion. while you're in universal shape for a 22 300 and sixty 5 days old lady you ought to no longer have any issues, yet stay faraway from mountaineering into tree stands and dragging out deer. There are some areas the place ticks and pathogens may well be an argument,so in case you get something i might attempt to have somebody else field dress it,or a minimum of use the gloves you will get. I point out the midsection age hunter simply by fact lots of folk have heart assaults coping with the stress of searching circumstances,so as simply by fact of this being in shape, no count number what age or gender is substantial.

Water walking, if your gym has a pool. The resistance of the water is great for your legs. I would stay away from heavy weight resistance until a few weeks after birth, because stress on your body can result in stress on your child. Take it slow and easy til the babe pops out, and good luck!

Oh, and sex with your man.

you can excercise everything but your stomach muscles. You'd want to be more gentle period when in your 3rd trimester. During that time, I would suggest just doing stretches and lifting light weights (ex 5lbs or under) My mom did excercises in the water and walked.

Any exercise you did before you were pregnant you can do while you're pregnant. it's actually encouraged. Obviously in your 8th and 9th month some things will be out of the question, like crunches.
