I'm wondering if this is a sign that my skin is clearing itself out, or that I am making my skin worse? It's mainly ALL blackheads and whiteheads. I use an exfoliant and daily cleanser, but I am terribly oily and use powder often throughout the day to stay matte.

My sister was killed in a car accident 3 weeks ago. I just want a song I can cry to. It seems like I can't get anything out any other way. Music has always been a sort of reliever for me and I'm really looking for some songs to help me get through.

how do suppress hunger? i want to try and cut down to 2 or 3 small meals a day (nothing in between like snacks) but i dont want to feel hungry. im 170cm tall (5ft 6) and 58kg (127 pounds) and i want to go down to 50kg. is there anything i can do to stop feeling so hungry?(besides eating.)

btw...i dont have a problem, once i lose the weight il start to eat a little bit more but still maintain the weight.

If you stop drinking soda do you really lose weight? and what is the best way to stop i am so addicted to it, I have been drinking it since i was 6 months old my mom used to mix it 1/2 and 1/2 with milk in my bottle. so i know it will be hard but i want to lose wight because i just had a baby 8 months ago and i have never been fat in my life and now i cant stand looking at myself in the mirror.

It's only been a couple of days. and it doesnt hurt. maybe two times a day I'll feel some sort of heat-sensation going from the side of my left foot and half-way up my leg. what do you think it could be?

About a year ago, I accidentally sprayed perfume in my nose, one full puff went into nose and I immediately felt pain and burning sensation back of my head. Ever since I started having headaches and it turned into CDH. Had three CAT scans and MRI with MRA but those came unremarkable. Tried all types of Migraine medicines and for last six months I am on Depakote 1000 mg plus Toporal 100mg. Headache is moderate but still becomes severe at times. Anyone knows any remedy?, Will appreciate the answers. Thanks.

ok say that i: eat three times a day, vegetables and fruits and 8 glasses of water, and excercise 2-3 hours a day, NO JUNK FOOD! (maybe a little now and then) and if i do this continuously over the whole summer, how many pounds do u think i will loose?

Okay, the second part of the question may just be me venting, but I had this exact same flu thing two weeks ago...to the date! Body aches, nausia, but no vomitting, fever that tylenol won't bring down, but ibuprofen will, completely spaced out and my appetite is fine unless my fever goes over a 100. Who gets the same exact flu twice and in two weeks! Sigh

Anyway, I just started wondering why sweating is a sign that your fever is breaking. Wouldn't it make more sense to sweat when your temp is on it's way up, not down? And, now that I think about it, fevers actually give you the chills...what is that about?

I feel so sick...please amuse me!

Both my big toes hurt occasionally. There are no ingrown toenails, they are not red or swollen, it's not arthritis pain (I know that kind) , I don't wear tight shoes and I don't play sports. I haven't kicked anything heavy and there no external signs of any kind but still sometimes both my big toes hurt like hell. Any idea what can cause this?

My back aches i think it's from track classes' in march squats in the weight room...now i can't bend forward!
i'm scared i can't touch my toes and when i do it's like my back won't bend and it hurts when i try to bend to get something so i have to use my knees and squat down... i have a heat thing on my back and it's NOT working!!! HELP i just want to be able to streach to my toes again b/c i can't even go past my knees. =(

My left eye hurts, it feels like someone hit me in the eye, but no one has even touched me. It itches and everytime I scratch it it hurts like a mofo! I wear contacts but I don't think that has anything to do with it...or maybe it does I don't know? Anywho, does anyone know what I'm talking about, have you had this feeling before? i am 33 weeks pregnant. Have been prescribed lortab in various strengths for the past year for nueropathy. I sometimes would take up to 12 per day of 5 mg or 6 -8 10 mg. I also have depression (sometimes i think from the narcotic addiction) and have been taking effexor 225 mg and zoloft 50 mg. daily i am 4 weeks from dellivery and have gone cold turkey from all meds the last 3 days. today seems to be the worst. I am throwing up constantly and feel as though i am not getting enough oxygen in my head (feel floaty??). I cannot tell my doctors of my problems because I am too embarassed and do not want them to think of me as an addict (which I am). i have beat alcohol, cigarettes, food over the years so I know I can do this too. my question is how long will i feel this way? I don't think the baby is in any danger as she is still moving lots and I have a doppler that I check her heartbeat with that is normal. Any insight?

Has anyone done this? I thought I had refill, and pharmacy called dr, but hadn't called it in, so called nurse and still nothing, now have to wait till monday at least.
I had been taking 20mg/day for last 3yrs, 10mg/day for year before that for social anxiety, depression and post traumatic stress syndrome.

I've been experiencing a drunk like feeling, more tired, wild dreams and just irritable..

Any advice, suggestions, or empathy?

I am a diabetic of 37 years, and used needles for 34 of those years. I now have scar tissue in arms, and legs, and wondered if it can be removed, or somehow reduce the enlarged areas?

They have gone down considerably, and are not quite as tough, after not doing shots for 2 years now..... (using a pump now)
