You have really pulled and strained your back muscles. You have to lay off sports for a few days. You're going to have to see a medical doctor as soon as possible. Not being able to bend forward is not a good sign. As you say you have heat on your back and it's not working. For now take Advil tablets, four times daily, this may help reduce some of the inflammation in your back, until you get to the medical doctor.

the best type of doctor to see for this problem is an orthopedic doctor .

That might be your sciatic nerve that is pinched or just a muscular injury. Take an appointment with your GP to be sure. And in the meantime try to have some rest and lay down on your back with a pillow under your knees so your lower back is resting flat.
You could take an appointment with a orthopedic surgeon but be patient because it will take some weeks before you can see him.

If your only 14 your legs have plenty of growing to do! Perhaps the issue is that the rest of your body hasnt grown in ratio with your legs. Just wait it out, keep dancing, do floor leg thigh and bum workouts (youtube pilates will change your life) and wear heels until you grow some more haha

What you need is Motrin or Ibuprofen. 600-800 mg will stop any pain. Take once every 8 hours.

Thats what my doctor told me when I had an intense back ache.

Get yourself to an orthopedic surgeon and get some xrays taken. It could be anything, but waiting won't help a bit!

your hips or sacrum may be out of line or a disk may be putting pressure on your sciatic nerve

I'd go see a D.O. or chiropractor

you may want to ask your school nurse
