Gout can cause pain in the toes. You need to see your medical doctor and have an examination to find out what exactly is the problem.

You could have a hang nail or an ingrown nail (probably the latter if it's just the side of the nail). Clean it well with soap and water. Soak (if possible) to soften the area. After pat drying, put antibiotics on it to rid of any infections. Try wearing flip flops a couple of days if you can to ease the pain. It should go away in about a week. Make sure you cut your toe nails straight. Most ingrown toe nails are because of that. Good luck!

You might be developing bunions. The growth will be near the ball of your foot, to the outside area. Wear shoes that don't have seams in that area, no high heels or shoes that force your foot down.

For the past 3 years I have suffered daily with neuropathy. Well it’s been just 1 week and I just cannot put into words how brilliant my results have been. I have absolutely no more hyper sensitivity and no more agonizing burning pains. I can’t explain it, but this thing works. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your secret with me.

I get the same thing. It's usually gout, and can be triggered by eating certain foods.

You're not giving enough information - could be many things...neuritis, neuropathy, radiculopathy, bunions, hallux limitus, vasculitis, peripheral vascular disease, causalgia.......see a podiatrist.
