Constipation or excessive straining can cause hemoriods which can become painful.

Hemoriods are small varicuse veins in the rectum that become enlarged and engorged with blood and bleed when straning and having a bowel movement.

They can also prolapse (fall out) and cause more pain and more bleeding.

Use a hemoriod cream on your anus whenever you need and as often as your remember in the start.
The cream contains a local anaestitic which numbs the area. It also shrinks the veins enough thta they fade down or go back inside.
There is usually a long applicator with the cream. If you put the cream on the outside using a gloved finger. And then use the tube end to gently insert into your rectum and squirt. This will speed up recovery.

ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS THOROUGHLY WITH WARM, SOAPY WATER AFTER TOUCHING YOUR RECTUM AND/OR ANUS. EVEN IF YOUR USE GLOVES.

Increase the fibre in your diet. Add fruit. Drink plenty of water and go for walks.

Generally you get pain in the rectum due to putting excess pressure to remove the waste in your bowels.it's as if you
are being screwed with a metallic rod. This situation is due to bad eating-drinking and sleeping habits.
The best way to get rid of the pain naturally is to pull in your stomach and buttock mussels for a couple of times and hold it for 3 to 5 seconds and repeat it 2 or 3 times daily .I say you will be relived of the pain .Remember to eat some banana or cereals to make your bowel movement easy.so that you don't put pressure on your rectum to get rid of the waste matter. If you neglet you will have a prolapsed rectum and you will have to get it poerated at a later date.which is not recomended.

Yes, you can, it depends.
You could bruise it, or your poop could be too hard, so you can take pills to make it less hard.
