I think the trick is to eat everything, but in a healthy way. That way your cravings won't kill you and you won't overeat something else.

Like, instead of ordering a pizza, you can have like a whole wheat pita with some organic tomato/veggie sauce, basil leaves, & mozzarella cheese. And just have smaller portions.. Instead of normal ice cream have a fudgesicle or some sherbet.

I have to agree that Mcdonalds fries are super-evil though. Their hamburgers too. There are so many foods I'd rather eat than those anyway!! (instead of mcfries, have baked sweet potato fries!, and just eat veggie burgers!)

1) Pretty much all fast food.
2) Foods high in fat and empty calories, such as candy or other sugar based foods.
3) Soda.
4) Red meat. Stick to chicken or leaner meats for weight loss.
5) Anything involving a lot of butter and/or salt.

You get the idea.

Eat 6 small meals a day, every three hours. Every other meal add a small amout of carbs, like a small potato, eat alot of dark green veggies except for peas because they have alot of carbs, eat chicken, turkey and fish, lay off the red meats. You can still have it but just once a week, and no hamburg, it's full of fats. Drink "plenty" of water, no soda, it's full of sugar. I have a whole list of do's and don't foods and that's just some of what they listed.

I don't know of 10 but I know what works for me. No processed sugar - like the stuff in candy and soda. Eat natural sugars like honey and fruit and if you must have soda, diet. We are only suppose to have about 30 grams of sugar a day. Most of us have more due to hidden sugars.
Good Luck!
