Greens are the best source of Vitamin K as well as a variety of other nutrients your body needs.

You receive the most benefit eating these foods raw. If you do need to cook them, try light cooking methods that do not require added fat.

For example: spinach can be steamed or blanched and served with a splash of balsamic vinegar.

You can find Vita K in the following foods:
asparagus, black strap molasses, broccoli, cauliflower, dark leafy vegetables, egg yolk, liver, oats, rye, safflower oil, soy and wheat.
Herbs that contain Vita K:
kelp, alfalfa, Green tea, nettle, oat straw.
I recommend you take a multivitamin and mineral formula for the hair, and you'll see results in about 3 months.
Go to GNC , they sell pretty good hair formulas.

Green leafy veggies are high in Vit. K ..... but I have never grown hair eating alot of veggies.

When I detoxified my body, my hair grew thicker and became shinnier, my nails strengthened, and I felt great all over.

Best of luck to you!
