It doesn't matter what your age is...you need to get to a reputable doctor. A lot of people are under the misguided notion that if you're young, you're fine. But, the symptoms you are describing are related to circulatory ailments. You're feeling shaky because you're not getting enough oxygen into your blood and system. Go to WedMD, type in this same question; and don't be scared. Just seek out medical help for a diagnosis. We want you around asking questions for a long, long time!

GO TO THE DOCTOR, Especially if you feel pain in your jaw. My grandfather recently had the same symptoms a month ago and died an hour later of a heart attack. If you have been feeling this way only for a month or so, and you have a symptom like a pain in the jaw, go to the hospital IMMEDIATELY. Heart-attacks do not seem so serious for over an hour until you really feel sick. Then you can be dead in minutes. Take Bayer Aspirin and cough profusely to keep blood and oxygen flowing if you really fall ill before any paramedics arrive. Don't ever think you are overexaggerating. if you have a pain in jaw.

hi Alice - It sounds like you're short of breath from lack of regularly occurring exercising. once you've an expiratory wheeze (wheezy once you breath out) than you've allergies. in case you do not wheeze once you breathe out than you do not have allergies.

I'm not sure why this is happening, but I'd suggest that you see a doctor in the case that there is an underlying cause to this.

Good luck and please feel better.
