All you can do is keep trying and, depending on how you paid, you can stop payment. Apparently, this company is not very reliable, their communication stinks and they are very costly compared to other companies. To read more comments/complaints, go here:

I hope you are one of the lucky ones who gets their order. It seems that if they are out of stock on an item, they don't notify you so you have no idea what is going on. Customer service is definitely not their strong point.
