I had a breast reduction last year and now my gutt is sticking out like I'm 6 to 7 months pregnant. Will ab exercises help me to flatten my stomach or should I just forget it?

My boyfriend and i live together. We have decided to try to quit smoking. So far i am doing pretty good, i went cold turkey and it has been five days. He, on the other hand, lasted only one day. Although he has cut back dramatically (between 1 and 3 smokes a day), it is making it harder for me to quit, knowing that he is still smoking. Any suggestions on how i can help him try a little harder?

I've was diagnosed 8 months ago with anxiety/panic disorder. Since I've been on paxil, I haven't had any panic attacks. Im wondering if I'm going to be on the meds my whole life.. they've helped me so much... will I ever get off or it? Im afraid Ill never be able to wear off of it or I will get panic attacks again. Thoughts?

I had a full thyroidectomy and am now taking levothyroxine hormone supplement. During the first few months after my surgery while my level of hormone was still being regulated I was doing well, sleeping well and was in a good mood. I had to keep having my level increased and when I got up to 2.0 strength I felt like I was wide awake in the middle of the night and couldn’t get to sleep until extremely late. I also became much more irritable as if I had a hormonal imbalance. This time after my blood test my doctor said my level was right, but I feel so much worse. I was wondering if there was something I could do, like go to a lower level and then try to do something in my diet to make up the difference. I also hear that some people respond better to the armour thyroid medicine? Does anyone know anything about these things? Thank you so much.

I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs, but for some reason, I have really thick thighs. They're actually wider than my hips and i have to buy jeans in sizes too big for me because otherwise it's really uncomfortable for my legs. what can i do about that?
also, as long as i can remember, i've had a little bit of a paunch, but i'm not overweight. how do i get rid of it before i go to college in august?

OK first let me tell you about me, I'm 18 and a senior in high school, sometimes i like to smoke after school so i would want something i can bring along with me so don't say a bong or vap (i use that at home) but i am talking about pipes (metal or glass), joints or Chillums. i really like pipes because you don't waste a lot of weed but do they like smell after you use them? i know joints you don't have to keep after you use them so they don't smell, but i want a pipe but i don't know how bad it will smell after i use it and since i live with my parents and they don't know I'm not sure if i should get a pipe because i would have to keep it in my room also are those pill bottles that are like orange like smell proof?, thanks

my lips are bumpy and i can feel scatterd rash type spots on my upper and lower lip. Also I have rash spots on my chin. I think maybe it could be the sudden change in weather, or maybe sun exposer? I keep myself very clean and I am not the type to go around kissin or ANYTHING a lot of random people. Any idea what I'm dealing with here?

This week my doctor perscribed me Klonopin. I used seroquel before for anxiety attacks but wanted to switch because I didnt like the side effects. I took a klonopin 5 hours ago for anxiety and i never noticed any effect. So obviously I need dosages adjusted with it or something. But I dont want ot take a larger dose without first talking to the doctor because it is an addictive drug and i want to be careful with it. But I still feel like crap right now and have no way of contacting the doctor so I was wondering if I take a seroquel is there a risk of it reacting badly with the klonopin in my system? cuz i need something that works and i know the seroquel works.

I have been told that Stress and anxiety and raise your white count and
wanted to know if any of you have notice that is your visits to the
Dr's . My White Count has been elavated but only slightly but has been
like that off and on but more so on most of the time. It is suppose to
be around 4000 to 10000 and mind has been on the high side around
10,900 to 11,900 and once 13,500 but only once on that but mainly
around those other 2 ranges 10,900 to 11,900. Also can any of out meds
cause your white count to raise like that.?

Any information would be great.
