An elevated white count is generally a sign of an infection somewhere in the body. But the numbers you have given here appear to be normal to me. Anything in the 12,000 range is average. Medicines and stress can raise your blood sugars and blood pressure, but I've never heard of the white count being high except during an infectious process, since the white cells are infection fighters. I really don't think yours is that high, but if you want reassurance, see your doctor.

Increase white blood cell count is a reaction to an infection as our body defends itself from bacteria/ virus etc. Stress can lower your immune system. Yes some medications can increase your counts. You need to ask your doctor and discuss your concerns with him.
