What a bunch of nonsense! Disregard above answers = they do NOT know what they are talking about!
Tell you surgeon you want to nurse babies eventually - he will make sure to keep the breast/nipples intact. [ If he argues, get a new doc! ] The implants go under the breast, not in it, so you shouldn't have a problem.
Very few people have altered sensation [ except surgical pain at first ] after augmentation, but many do after reduction.

There is no absolute guarantee; however it is a better likelihood that if you get augmentation, you will be far less likely to produce the quantity and quality of milk that would be required to sustain a baby.

If you are planning on becoming pregnant and breastfeeding, I strongly urge you NOT to do enhancement until you're done with your babies....you'll probably want reconstruction when you're done anyway. Why pay for it twice??!

with any luck, the scientific expert in basic terms isn't slicing "off tubes and whatnot", the implants in basic terms take a seat below the organic breast tissue, to present day them extra beneficial forward. yet do no longer feed the toddler out of plastic bins!!!

No it does not keep you from being able to breastfeed.
The only type of breast surgery that effects your ability to breastfeed is reduction, and even then some women can still breastfeed.

There IS a chance that you will not be able to breast feed.

To be honest I don't like women doing boob jobs, it NOT feeling good at all, even I have never try to see them again, as it is destroying the sex. But doctors they don't tell you, as they are inter rested in your money.

However, in general boob job is not related to breast feed.

Respect your Body and don't abuse it, boob job is abuse of your nature body.

No breast feeding what-so-ever. Many people actually have them removed if they are planning on having a baby. Good luck to you!
