It sounds like you are depressed and since you are asking the question as if you don't know why you are crying, then you probably need help from a health care professional.
Check your phone book for a suicide hot line. Volunteers there will tell you what services are available, they will discuss with you the feelings which you have and direct you to help.
If you cannot find a number for a suicide hot line, you could always call 911. Or maybe you could just try phoning a church. Many pastors are trained in helping people with grief counseling and other weighty mental problems.
Quite often the answer to your problems are very simple, but your depression or your concentration upon the problems keeps you from realizing what you should do or how you should act.
You are too valuable and important to too many people to let this go one. Seek help now.

You are in distress for whatever reason. You may be suffering from clinical depression - feeling hopeless, helpless, poor sleep or too much, poor appetite or too much, no motivation, tired all the time, irritable, sometimes hallucinate or get paranoid, and having suicidal thoughts. If you are feeling suicidal, I suggest you call your local crisis center or go to your local Emergency Room for an evaluation. Get someone to be with you so you can feel safe. This is very important - GO TO Emergency Room OR CALL LOCAL CRISIS NUMBER (usually in blue pages under mental health - phone directory) NOW - like tonight. You can even call 911. Be safe and find help.

If you truly think you are going to hurt yourself , you need to get some help right away. Talk to someone you trust and have them help you get some professional help.
I completely understand the pain that you are feeling. I've been treated for depression for the last 5 years. There doesn't have to be a reason for the way you feel at all. There doesn't have to be anything bad happening in your life. I have found that the best thing to do when I feel like I am getting depressed is to just keep myself occupied. Do anything that keeps you moving around and focused on something else besides your feelings.

Very important.... if you are truly feeling suicidal, turn off the computer right now and talk to someone about it- family or friends, if not available get yourself in to an urgent care or ER tonight. They will have people there to talk with you and medications that can help. They important thing is that you do something, get out of the house, do something with friends, go for a walk, anything to think about something different.

You know what, no matter what you have done, or had someone do to you that makes you feel this way, you are not useless. I struggle with this feeling alot, but I know that every person touches and changes the life of at least one other person everyday. Even if you stay in your house all day long and never talk to anyone, someone is thinking about you. Someone is happy that you are around. When we feel this way, we tell ourselves that everyone hates us, or that no matter what we do, we never do anything right, but it isn't true. It's never true. You did something right just by posting this question, because by replying to you and trying to help you, I can understand my own feelings better and feel that I have done something great and wonderful by at least trying to help someone who is where I have been so many times. You are worth so much more alive than you are dead. Please stick around so that you can help someone the way that I have tried to help you, or so that you can learn to see yourself as a person with great worth. Even if there is only one person in the world who loves a person, that person has great worth because they helped someone to feel love. I hope you feel better. You can email me if you ever need to talk about anything, OK? my email is: meghanwiseman@yahoo.com don't forget the H is meghan, OK? Feel better.
