Yeah, it's perfectly normal. Our family has rather small breast, the largest being around a B something. But, yes, it's perfectly normal.

It has nothing to do with cup size AT ALL. On the contrary, it has everything to do with her age. She is still in the development stages of puberty, and the breasts will begin to fill out in the coming years. They start out pointy, and it is completely normal.

Yes. Many A cups are pointy, just because they don't have the same amount of fat padding as larger boobs do. Since your niece is only 10, she has a lot of growing time left - she probably will get bigger and 'round out' a lot!.

yes this is totally normal, because her breast are still small and developing, and if her breast do get large and still pointed then she has tubular breast, but it's nothing to be worried about.

it doesn't matter what size she is, considering that she is 10, she is developing, and it's a normal stage (however, some girls skip this stage). so, don't worry about it, as she gets older and develops thing will even out.
