Pound for pound, a pound of muscle weighs as much as a pound of fat.

Now that that's over, a cubic inch of fat weighs less than a cubic inch of muscle. Muscle is more dense. Everyone has more muscle than fat. A more appropriate question might be, "Am I obese?" The information you provided is not sufficient to answer your question. You could be very muscular and weigh that amount. You could also be obese and weigh that amount. Check with a doctor. Know something about your general health. If you are athletic, it is more likely that you are muscular. If you do not live an active lifestyle, then it is more likely that you are obese....fat.

it depends on how much you exercise or work out. if you're inactive and never work out or sit around doing nothing all day, then you probably have more fat than muscle. if you work out or play sports or something like that, then you probably have more muscle than fat.
if you look good and toned, then chances are you have more muscle.
if not, then more fat.

it's quite simple :)
