How is it better or worse than cooked eggs?

dude i am as confused as you are. when i saw rocky do it, i thought it was so manly cuz he drank like 4 eggs...i think it's just that, there really are no nutrients lost from cooking, just it's better to cook because of the risk of salmonella and e-coli.

One con I could think of is spending several days on the toilet with salmonella poisoning, something that doesn't happen with properly cooked eggs.

A con is disease. You have to cook things to kill things. It's a risk as with eating uncooked meats or fish. Your choice. I don't know how it is better unless some nutrients are destroyed by cooking.
