I am 41 years old. Is it menopause or what?

hi everyone. i was diagnosed with depression and an anxiety disorder about 2 years ago. I was on different medications which improved my symptoms but never really broke through completly. I think I may have obsessive compulsive disorder or ADD. I used to have rituals when I was younger, but stopped them around 15. Im not obsessed about germs or anything, I just use the rituals to control anxiety and stress. Like, if Im stressed out, I try to think of nice scenery or nice music to calm me down. The anxiety got worse when a relative died and about 4 years ago I fell in love with a girl at my high school who ive never actually talked to only made eye contact with. Since then, I graduated from HS and ive never stopped thinking about her. I dont stalk her or anything, and I dont want to hurt her, I just cant stop thinking about her. Everyday I do, and I HATE IT! do you think I have ADD or OCD... what should i do. thank you

Does anyone have trouble staying asleep? I can go to sleep quick but then I'm up at 1:00, 2, 4 and so on...tonight I just said to heck with it and got up. I took an ambien last night and still couldn't maintain a full night. Is there anything out there better? Someone please help!!!!

I used to be able to listen to music with no problem.

NOW!!! If I listen to abt. 4minutes and 58 Sec's of it - and this can be background music to some of my favorite tunes - I fall asleep for abt. 2-4 hours.

I've been using the same ole' sonicare electic toothbrush for a long time, and for the most part, never liked it. Mainly because it's not strong enough, doesn't feel like it's getting anything done. I brush very often and still got a cavity a while back I want to get a new, much stronger one, don't care if it's sonicare or not. Is there a model out there that's known for being pretty fierce? I don't want something damaging to my gums or anything..but something close to it would be nice, heh. Thanks.

Women are the ones that require HPV testing, no? But men, are often found to pass this virus along because they rarely get symptoms and they dont get pap smears, so they will never know either way. Unless they get a wart in their bunghole, so my thing is why dont they test the men since they are the ones passing this crap along? Im not saying we women dont contribute, but the men never know, they just keep it going.

Umm....this is kinda strange but........I have a strange feeling in my stomach...it's like I have a baby kicking or a heart beating.....but i can feel it with my hand and it's not continous...not all the time...it only started today...I'm not really fat or anything like im pregnant....and i haven't had sex. I've mucked around with my boy friend but his penis hasn't gone in my vagina..only on he outside and he hasn't *** on me....so...is it possible i might be pregnant? oh..i almost forgot..i haven't had my period for a month or so now...only little tiny bits occasionly...like twice in the past month....... If im not pregnant then what is it?? Please help.....im quite worried........if it helps im nearly 15...... :( My friend thinks it might just be muscled twitching....but i dont know......

I'm a pre-nursing student, it's my third year and I'm going to recieve my AA Transfer degree at the end of this quarter. I originally wanted to take this degree and go straight to BSN. My options have changed and now i wanna go get my associates - pass the boards - and get my BSN - the money situation is tight and it's getting more and more competitive. I KNOW that going into the nursing program is HARD. My mom's a nurse and i've grown up around the environment my whole life. I'm not as book smart but i'm a people person and i'm soo calm about "weird and awkward" situations - i've been volunteering at the hospital since i was 15.

I'm beginning to give up because all of this is hard - i want to be done soon but it's just hard getting there - There are people wanting to be in the nursing program who are smart but who are CLUELESS when it comes to patient care and they suck at communication

i need motivation - HELP! and i'm not getting any younger...
