Well my friend the good news is you can do it, the bad news is there is no shortcut to diet and exercise. Two years ago I lost 110lbs by using the Atkins diet. I wont lie and say how easy it was to start out cause I totally blew it a couple of times before getting serious.
The good thing about Atkins is that you dont have to work out like a maniac to lose the weight, simply walking or swimming 2-3 times a week will work great. It will take the first 3-4 days for it to kick in full on and stop the worst cravings, but once your body is fully on the program after about a week and a half, you wont feel hungry like before no matter what your size.
Keep in mind that alot of time we eat not because were hungry but depressed, upset, bored or some other emotional need that food will never fill. You need to try to find an alternative way to deal with those emotions other than food (and I know thats not always easy). Another plus with Atkins is that after the first two weeks of eating by the book (induction) they make lots of products like shakes, candy, cookies etc for those times that you have to snack (or kill someone, and they honest to god taste like the real stuff - no protein powder flavor crap).
You can look into the Atkins diet online for free to see what its all about. They also have a great forum of other people in the same situation where you can log on and get encouragement and ideas.

Listen, you need more than just a diet plan.... You need help breaking 19 years of a bad lifestyle. Consult your doctor first, when you are as heavy as you have become (I was there... I know all about it) it is difficult to find a heart-safe work out plan, so make sure that what you chose is fun and easy at first, slowly building to strenuous. Remember: moving just a little more is a start.
Also, try Weight-watchers or Tops or Over-eaters Anonymous... some organization where you talk about your successes and failures with other people just like you. I've lost 65 lbs on Weight-watchers, not because of there diet plan or products, but just because I go and here tips from people just like me who have been there and are losing right along with me. It makes me feel less isolated and gives me a support system if I start to feel like quitting.
I hope this helps, I know the pain and desperation you feel, but you can turn it all around starting this minute.

well your going to have to get your mind ready and your body ready for pain and torture (pretty much) but you wann have fun. i suggest 2 work outs a day and cutting your calorie intake by 400 for a week and 300 the next week and another 300 and so on. have 6 small meals a day( 2 snacks, 3 meals) and your gunna always want water on hand. diet soda if u must.
no fattening foods at all! try eating turkey as your meats jenny-o has the best selections. try getting all low fat foods when can, now adays its possible. maybe go organic. in your work outs your gunna want to lift in each work out, cause muscle burns fat faster then just dieting. also an hour and a half of cardio each workout day. member its 2. your cardio can be dancing even cleaning your home or car. bicycling is a really great one. cardio, cardio, cardio!!! and eat healthy, up this whole regiment after four weeks.
gettin a trainer would be nice to. just investing in few fitness magazines or videos will do. a Friend that can cheer you on is good. maybe have some one join you. hope all goes well. the mind will give up b4 the body does.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! ok you are eating too many calories
first no fat, second no junk foods, third no sweet food, no nuts , no peanut butter, no sugared drinks because they are all calorie dense.
you need to eat more complex foods less processed foods.
a bread plate (a small side plate, if it falls off you cant eat it or replace it ) half covered with boiled rice ( jasmine has a little tats the rest taste like cardboard) and the rest non fried , non sugared food, no skin no fat meat. 4 times per day.
you are eating from 6000 to 9000 calories a day, the trick isn't to eat 500 calories a day because you will fail to keep at it but to cut back but stioll eat enough so you dont fall off teh plan until you lose weight.

Your weight requires that you work with a doctor who specializes in morbid obesity, not just your family doctor. Ordinary diet and exercize may not be the correct solution for you to start with. There are programs on Discovery and Discovery Health channels about just this problem. One story is about a man who weighed 750 pounds.
Richard Simmons may be able to help you find the right doctor. He helped a man who weighed 1,000 pounds. Do this right away. richardsimmons.com. Also find him listed in Wikipedia.com.
