First consider the condition. I preferably need more details about your problem. Say, if you are overweight , go sign up for a gym and go to a handsome coach( =), for a laugh ) and ask him/her what you need when dieting. Do not have slim shakes and skip meals. You will have gastric. Just eat normal. Avoid having oily food with saturated fat, fried food and more than 5 servings of rice per day. Like 3 bowls.

If you diet to look good, drop the idea. If you are not overweight, you're looking good i can say. Everyone is perfect in their own way. Like to your parents, you're a darling. Young or old, you'll always be.

I lost 50 pds in a year times just by walking.
I ate what I wanted too.
Walk four times a day. Start out slow walking.
Then make ur pace faster.
Make sure you walk the neighborhood. Times walked should be exact times such as 3am, 5 am 4pm and 8pm (as example) also eat what u want in small portions. yes...u can eat cookies. (but try stop eating choc. for 3 months while on this diet walk) then go back to eating them. u'll lose allot.

its all belony
the best best best thing ever is
eat alot of green
if your determined to lose weight ull have to keep up with the bad taste

also, excersie
go for a run in the morning
join a gym
believe me your skin will look beautiful, your weight will go down and youll feel incredible
