I am 5ft4" and used to weigh over 220lbs. I have been exersing and eating healthily, not dieting just being sensible, eating only if hungry and stopping when full etc. I am down to around 183lbs, my goal is 133lbs.
I used to go out jogging but could not put up with the stares and the jibes, i would end up coming home and cyring because i was so fat, i was not getting praise for actually trying to do something about it.
Anyway, I have since then bough a treadmill and do about 30mins a nightm i do one minute at 4km per hour, another at 8kn per hour and so on. this is still quite hard for me but I can do it. My main concern is that my great weightloss has just stopped! Any ideas how I can kick start the loss again? I am geting so fed up, I don't want to go to the gym, i am not confident enough for that, and i still do not have the confidence to go out side to exercise!
