Low body fat/weight can make you miss your period?

I'm 5'6" and 127..is that fine?

Because the past two times it's been super super light and before that I never got it so...I heard someone say that and was wondering if it was true or not.

Thanks.

your period depends on your weight thats true. You can skip periods if your body fat is too low or too high. It is your body reconizing that it isn't the perfect enviroment for a pregnancy.

Yes, but unless you are very heavy boned or extremely muscular, it's unlikely your body fat is going to be too low at your current weight.

You are a perfectly healthy weight and probably have a perfectly healthy body fat percentage.
