I am 5ft4" and used to weigh over 220lbs. I have been exersing and eating healthily, not dieting just being sensible, eating only if hungry and stopping when full etc. I am down to around 183lbs, my goal is 133lbs.

I used to go out jogging but could not put up with the stares and the jibes, i would end up coming home and cyring because i was so fat, i was not getting praise for actually trying to do something about it.

Anyway, I have since then bough a treadmill and do about 30mins a nightm i do one minute at 4km per hour, another at 8kn per hour and so on. this is still quite hard for me but I can do it. My main concern is that my great weightloss has just stopped! Any ideas how I can kick start the loss again? I am geting so fed up, I don't want to go to the gym, i am not confident enough for that, and i still do not have the confidence to go out side to exercise!

Congrats on your success so far!!

Our bodies will go into starvation mode if we're not taking in enough calories. This mode will prevent or stall the weight loss process. I'd start by keeping track of your calories...

Next, be sure to eat!! Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Of course, keep them healthy! Don't forget about fruits and veggies!

Water, water, water! Drink up! It really does help with the weight loss process.

Walking on the treadmill is great! And, you're doing great with it!☺

Since you say your loss has stopped, you should start by checking your calories. You can try switching your meals--have dinner for lunch, lunch for dinner. Try eating high protein foods. Increase your water! It may also help to change your exercise routine a bit. Be sure to eat a good breakfast each morning! If none of this helps, increase your calories! I know it sounds crazy, but sometimes when we increase our calories, our metabolism speeds up and helps us break that plateau.
Or...your body may need to just catch up. The weight loss will start again, but your body could be trying to get used to your new lifestyle. You may just need to be patient. I know it's hard to do!

BTW, you don't have to go to a gym to get in some good exercise! People work out all the time at home and have the same results as people with the gym memberships!

Keep in mind that you can still lose inches while the scale is reading the same. Don't get discouraged because the scale isn't moving. That's why it's a good idea to take measurements!
Keep doing what you're doing! You're doing a great job!!☺

Well done on losing all that weight. Your body has reached a plateau, where you're not losing weight at the moment. That's quite normal at this stage. To kick-start your weight-loss again, reduce your daily calories to 1100 but ONLY FOR 2 WEEKS MAXIMUM. Then increase to 1500

You've got to get past what other people think.
You CAN do it! Try doing your treadmill steps in intervals, the way you have been. You prob have hit a weight plateau, which is normal for everyone. That could be b/c now you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. That is better though! Trust me!
Try eating 5-6 small meals a day. I do this and it keeps me unbelievably trim.

Good luck and do not give up! Keep on jogging outside if that is what you like!

Well done you!
Your body has probably got used to your routine, it might be a good idea to speed your treadmill up but exercise for shorter periods...also try walking up and down a flight of stairs for about five minutes, it's harder than you think and your body wont be used to it!
Good luck you've done really well.

Ask for your entrée to become served on a bed of greens rather than a bed of pasta or mashed apples.

Don’t finish every last morsel with your plate, but leave a mouthful as well as two. This clever little key means your host doesn’t deliver to refill your plate, therefore you don’t feel tempted to buy seconds.
