i overdosed with my albuterol inhaler i took 5 puffs or so then i became anxiety ridden so my dr gave me xanax i just took one .5mg a night maybe 1 or 2 nights took 2 or 1 and half..i took it for about 10 days then i started feeling more anxiety muscle twitches and spasms,pain in both arms tingling in fingers,when i lay down i have some pain in my legs and i constantly have to move them sensitive to sound..on the last night i took xanax i feel it didnt help..and then i just stopped it i still feel the same all those things with nausha lack of appetite..3 days ago i started cymbalta i dont know if things are worse or just the same last night i took tylenol pm to try to help me fall asleep and didnt work i havnt been eating much cause i have no appetite and when i try to eat i feel like i have to puke.ive been to the er had blood urine chest xray and ekg done and everything came back fine..what do you think it could be do you think it has something to do with the xanax?

and is there anything i can take to help me fall asleep that wont make my anxiety worse and i can take while taking the cymbalta

It has everything to do with xanax. Ur withdrawing, xanax is a hard one to get off of. Chocolate will help U. U could try melatonin an OTC to help U fall asleep. It's all natural & not habit forming. I take it when I'm having a difficult time falling asleep. Never cold turkey off xanax, it could send U into a seizure or worse kill you. I have been thru getting off xanax, I take valium now. Good luck

I can understand what you are going through, I have been a victim of anxiety too.

Prescription drugs sometimes carry side effects and if used over a longer period of time may be addictive. Try a harmless but effective natural remedy for your anxiety problem.
