what can she do to get it out of her system?

btw shes not sick, at all! she doesnt have a headache or anything

she will most likely get a upset stomach unless she eats something to coat her stomach

Absolutely nothing. If she has a headache, it may go away. That's about it.

Tell her not to do it repetitively.

It's common though to take Tylenol and ibuprofen together. They are different meds and can simultaneously help different ailments.

Your friend is going to be fine. We're not talking about toxic levels that could really hurt her. However, what's really scary is that your friend is popping pills for no reason. An adult (her parents or school counselor) needs to know about her destructive behavior before she decides to take even more. Tell somebody.

Nothing's going to happen to her.
When I had the flu my dr told me to take 2 tylenol and 2 advil, because one is an anti-inflammatory and one helps get rid of fever.
They both do different things so it's not like an overdose, but you wouldn't want to take them every day like that.
If she's that sick she needs to go to the dr.
