Acne scars?

I have some fairly deep acne scars.. what would be the best thing to do to help get rid of them, something that doesnt take any time for healing.. like a microbrasion or is it best to go see a dermatologist??

the best thing to do is go to a dermatologist and get a treatment...dont try things urself, they kno whats best
