My gf is starting Weight Watchers Flex program to lose some weight. I volunteered to join her for support, but my goal is to GAIN and maintain weight. I am approx 172-174 lbs and would like to be 180-183 lbs. I am a 25 yr old male, 6'1" and live a fairly active lifestyle, exercising for about 5-6 hours p/week at a high intensity (playing squash, running, swimming, martial arts training, small but regular amount of weight lifting), and I walk everywhere since I don't own a car.
How many points per day/week should I be aiming for to reach and maintain my goal of 180lbs?
Or, even better, how do I calculate the points myself?
Please don't refer me to the Weight Watchers website, since I do not intend on paying for a membership.
