Had sex with girlfriend (unprotected). She is on birth control. She got her period during sex. I know pregnancy isn't a cause for concern because I never ejaculated in her and she is on birth control, however, is there any cause for concern about me? I have had a stinging pain within my penis for the past 24 hours. The blood has slowly removed itself from within my genital area. Please help? I don't see any reason for why I should be concerned?

You need to maybe also think about wrapping your penis too dude, yea she is on birth control but that is not 100% a stopper nor is a condom, but been double safe is better than nothing.
Giving yourself a good clean around your penis etc should remove any blood left on you, as for the pain in your penis this could just be due to the sex, but if it stays there, get yourself checked out at the doctors.
You may also want to get yourself checked to ensure you don't have any sti's(std's) gf or not dude wrap your penis up all the time.

Blood will not make your penis sting,both of you should have gotten tested for std's before sex,now that you have a funny feeling your worried now,you should have been worried enough to use a condom before you started.

I suggest that you should see a doctor if the pain continues for the next 12 hours, don't worry you should be fine

kinda disgusting. not much to worry about firstly cuz shes on birth control and also cuz shes having her period. when shes bleeding it means that her body is shedding her uterus lining and 'egg(ovum)'. no egg no fertilisation no baby.
dont know why ur penis hurts though. and why dint you clean off the blood straight after it.
