Headache can be a benign symptoms but it could be also a serious one. Most of the causes of headache are classified as a benign headache such as Tension headache. Physicians usually get nervous if the patient starts to complain of certain symptoms. For example:
1- The sudden worst headache in a patient’s life MAY represent a life threatening situation such as bleeding around the brain or what is called subarachnoid bleeding,
2- Progressive headache especially if it was associated with neurological symptoms and signs including numbness, weakness in one or more of limbs, slurred speech, imbalance, ..etc and/or nausea and vomiting may represent a slowly or a rapidly growing tumors.
3- Fever and headache can be the initial symptoms and signs of meningitis.
4- Headache with confusion and fever may be indicative of encephalitis
5- Daily headache with worsening of vision especially in patients who are older than 50 years may represent a serious health condition called Giant Cell Arteritis which can be complicated with blindness.
Headache can also be a sign of tooth problem, eye medical conditions, sinusitis, ear infections,…etc. Again I want to stress that headache is usually is a benign symptom but sometimes it could represent a serious life /organ threatening situation.
My advice is to talk to your physician, because it is difficult to tell what is going on without a proper medical exam and evaluation.

Well if you can go see a Dr. You also might not know but some people can get caffeine poisoning,or are very sensitive to it, the aspirin you are taking has caffeine in it also,so ease up on the aspirin & caffeine. You might also try rubing lavender essential oil on your temples & the back of your neck, this is an excellant natural remedey for headaches & it smells good too. Whenever I have a headache coming on I use the lavender,it has never failed to take any of my headaches away within 20 minutes. Good luck.
