You can wear a pantyliner if it is messing up your underwear only a pantiliner and nothing more.

It depends on how much discharge you are getting. I would presume that you wouldn't want to actually wear a pad unless it's absolutely necessary. If you are getting some light discharge and you can get by with a few changes of panty liners a day, then do that. If it gets to be more than what a panty liner can absorb, then consider getting a thin pad. You mainly want to have something to wick the moisture away and keep it away from you so you feel comfortable (and not stain your panty).

You are probably coming up on having your period, though. You might want to talk to your mother about it. She can help you.

You might want to try wearing a panty liner. Its a really light pad that you can wear daily. It will help you in that you won't stain your undies and will help keep you dry.

The creamy colored stuff is discharge, its perfectly normal. All women secrete discharge. Usually when a girl is close to starting her period her body will begin to secrete it. This can happen many months before a girls first period, and usually continues throughout her life anytime.

It is perfectly normal and healthy to secrete discharge, it is your body's way of cleansing itself and keeping everything regulated.

You might want to pay attention to color changes, the darker your discharge becomes, it usually means that you're closer to getting your period.

You're starting to produce small amounts of hormones, not enough to make you release an egg and have a cycle, but enough for you to produce some cervical mucus. When you actually start ovulating and having full cycles you will probably notice even more and also a clear stringy type of discharge, which guys are instinctualy attracted to btw, lol, ok that may be TMI for a 13yo but it's true.

Well that's not your period. But wearing a pad will help you feel cleaner and keep your underwear from staining. There may be a slight odor associated with your discharge and pads also help to absorb that odor.
