Okay, I dont know if im in the right section, but here's my question.

Im 14 and im into working out. I weigh 159 and I have been working out for about a year now.

My bench max (maximum) is 210. But it was the same thing 4 weeks ago!

Now a year ago when I first started to work out, I only benched 105. It has doubled since then. But every time I maxed out
(benching as much as you can 1 time) I usually go up 10, 15, and sometimes 25 pounds!!!!!!

But today I was trying to bench 220, and I got it halfway up, but then my arms started to give out and my spotter came in and took off the weight.

But what happened. Why didnt I go up?

What can I do naturally to get stronger?

I have a healthy diet, and I exercise regularly!

*I refuse to take steroids or supplements, they get addicting with bad side effects.

Im only a Freshmen in high school and everyone tried to console me, but I dont feel I let them down, I let myself down.
And that has made me unusually irritable.

No pregnancy symptoms.
I have been really stressed and worried about whether my period is going to come.
I was getting PMS when my period was due but it just never came coz i was so worried etc.
Now 10 days later, today, I went to a clinic and took a urine pregnancy test and they said that it was negative.
Am I over stressing and delaying my period?

I haven't had unprotected sex. And my boyfriend always withdraws when he comes whilst wearing the condom.

I don't understand why when a mass is discovered, the doctors want to do a biopsy before scheduling surgery. What difference does it make if it is cancer or not? Either way it should be removed. Why wait?

My 20 yr old boyfriend has suffered from social anxiety since middle school. He overcame much of his disorder when sent to a therapeutic boarding school for high school, but he still is uncomfortable in talking to those he isn't very close to, and doesn't like crowded social scenes. Is there anything I can do to help him? What are the do's and don'ts of dealing with a close friend with S.A.D. ? Thank you!

A salicylic acid wash has been working well for me lately. Since I'm getting older, I want to use an anti-wrinkle moisturizer also. Will I be defeating my purpose since the salicylic acid works by drying the skin?

multiple anxiety disorders and depression. Alcohol seems to be the only solution but its only temporary and its unhealthy and im a hypercondriac. Therapy doesn't work, meds didnt work much in the past plus im afraid of them. But theres no solution is there? Everything is just meant to prolong this realization by providing false hope?

My doctor told me yesterday that if I have had unprotected sex there is a chance I have pelvic inflamatory disease. I looked it up on the internet and found out that you get it as a cause of chlamydia. I have had unprotected sex, yet I have only slept with one person and he only had sex twice (with the same person) before me. Is it possible that I have chlamydia and, therefore, pelvic inflamatory disease?

She comes from a family where just about everyone has high blood pressure and dies from either myocardial infarction or congestive heart failure.

She has been having (once or twice a week) what she describes as a fluttering in her chest, accompanied by an irregular pulse and breathlessness. She knows how to take a pulse cos her mum was a nurse.

She went to see the district nurse for a checkup. Her BP was 115 over 82 - nice and low for her.

The nurse said the fluttering/breathlessness was nothing to worry about, but I'm not so sure.

Any medically qualified people, or people with similar problems, got any advice?

In the first couple of minutes that I first wake up in the morning (or when someone tries to wake me up) it's like I am possesed for a little while, I lash out, say mean things and even some cases make something up so I can go back to sleep. I get a decent amount of sleep - so why am I so vicious?
