I'm also in good shape, I work out once a week and I have a six pack but I just can't do all those things that use up a lot of energy for as long as i want to.

Stamina is increased by doing. If you want to run longer, you need to push yourself when you run - not for speed, but for length of time. The longer you can exercise while keeping your heart rate elevated into the aerobic zone (usually around 135 to 177 bpm), the more stamina you will gain, since stamina is based in part on your heart's capacity to efficiently pump oxygen-rich blood to your tissues.

Are you eating the right foods before you do these things? Kudos on having a six pack-but I hope you're not starving yourself. You might be cheating yourself out of a few inches of height by the time you finish growing.
