First of all, if your cramps are as bad as you are making them out to be you should be talking to your doctor right now. You may have cysts on your ovaries. Secondly, if you don't have cysts you may just have bad cramps and need to talk to your doctor about getting a prescription for the pain because yours are more painful than most other women. However, over the counter relief I personally LOVE naproxin sodium (not sure I spelled that right). Naproxin is the same thing a pamprin just with a different name and dose. It's cheaper and it works GREAT... Good Luck

Midol is the best thing over the counter but if that doesn't work try birth control pills they control the period and can make it less painfull

take 4 200mg of Motrin. I have that problem everytime and I can't get out of bed. Also a warm shower with a heating pad helps.
4 200mg of Motrin is prescription strength and to be taken only every 6 hours.

Aleve is good and sometimes Ex St Midol.. but if you have complications you need to see a Dr. and get something a bit stronger.

i take extra ibuprphen and lay quietly with a hot water bottle on my lower belly. Usually i will fall asleep and when i wake up my cramps are a lot more bearable.

ibprofen/tylenol if the cramps are unbearable maybe you need to talk to a doctor.

same pains as if you were a guy and got hit in the nuts..pains right in you stomach....but in this case it's your ovaries
try pamprin
